  • Clients: You can opt in to provide location data for location autocomplete
  • Pros: We collect real-time location data when a Pro is actively using Toho to provide accurate ETAs and improve job tracking. Location tracking may continue in the background even when the app is not in use, to ensure proper functionality.
  • Managing Location Data: Users can enable or disable location tracking through their device settings, but certain app features may be limited if disabled.

2.3 Usage & Device Information

  • Device Information: IP address, device type, OS version, mobile network, and app version.
  • App Activity: Service bookings, interactions, preferences, and troubleshooting logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve Toho’s services.
  • Match Clients with Pros efficiently.
  • Process payments and ensure secure transactions.
  • Conduct background checks on Pros through Verification Canada.
  • Provide customer support and resolve disputes.

Toho does not sell your personal data to third parties.

  • Cloud Hosting & IT Services: To ensure app functionality and security.
